 On May 24, 2019, the Governing Council of the University of the Balearic Islands approved the Code of integrity in research at the University of the Balearic Islands (CIR), a set of commitments and guidelines on research practice. The code promotes quality research at the UIB, which involves the integrity and good behavior of people who are part of the university community.
The CIR is based, inter alia, on the European Charter for Researchers and other good practice documents from public research institutions.
