Abstract

School sports are an ideal context for developing personality and gaining respect for peers. An educational sport that transmits values ​​of personal improvement, effort and fun. Currently, there is ample evidence to show that fair play in sports initiation is compromised. The tendency to imitate the professional sports model is a reality.

Coaches have an extraordinary influence on athletes; their values ​​are imitated not only in the sports environment. Socio-educational intervention programs for coaches become an opportunity to structure the values ​​of introductory sport. The general objective of this study was to demonstrate the suitability of implementing an individualized intervention in coaches to subsequently improve communication style and thus, perceive an improvement in the fair play of athletes and a decrease. of antisocial behaviors in sport.
