Abstract |
A research paper is presented with the ultimate aim of showing and evaluating, based on the case study, the design and execution of an intervention with three different students for the success of their school and training process as a protective factor for their social reintegration. This thesis proposal arises as a result of the need to be able to publicize a topic that has not been worked on and that has not been seen in a positive way: the educational processes of successful juvenile offenders. The setting of the research is the Regulated Education Program which is carried out by a team from the Secondary Education Institute which is part of the juvenile justice centers of the Balearic Islands. This, by means of a continuous work of providing educational, social and emotional tools and a contextual work, seeks the reincorporation into the reference school and social context, of minors/young offenders who must comply with judicial measures of internment. It is a qualitative study, a study of three different cases from which not only interesting results and reflections are extracted, but which prove the hypotheses raised. |
