Description of the advice

1. It is a training that revolves around the methodology of projects in order to analyze and find ways to implement it in the classroom: implications, difficulties, reasons, process, evaluation.

2. The aim of this research and training project is to publicize the contributions of the school and effective teaching movement in order to improve the teaching and school effectiveness of the centers of the Balearic Islands.

The starting hypothesis is that schools in our community, enriching their knowledge of teaching and school effectiveness, will be able to self-assess or "study" themselves, to introduce those actions that correlate with greater learning. of all students and, consequently, improve their academic results.
