Summary

A study was carried out with a group of 18 students between the ages of 17 and 21 from the TAFAD Training Module (technician in physical and sports activities) in the Valencian Community. The study aims to determine the degree to which participation in a program of individualized and cooperative healthy physical activity (PAFSIC) will influence the improvement of decision -making on the systematic used during the present practice of sports physical activity, as well as the acquisition of the pedagogical methodology required in the teaching environments of this area of ​​knowledge, a determining aspect of its future professional competence. A validated questionnaire of 31 items has been passed to a sample of N = 40 subjects (18 in experimental group and 22 in control group).

From the statistical analyzes performed, information is extracted on the knowledge, beliefs and decisions related to `` health and the systematic used '' by the sample in the practice of physical and sports activity performed (factor 1 with 0.95 reliability), `` personal ergonomic habits '' (factor 2 with 0.61 reliability), `` perception of the health benefits '', (Factor 3 with 0.79 reliability) and prevalence data of illness in general and back pain in particular. The analysis of the results indicates that the implementation of a systematic of the proper physical and sports exercise has a positive influence on the preservation of general health and specifically the health of the back, as well as the development of other healthy behaviors related to ergonomics, to avoid stress, the search for healthy academic environments free of environmental pollution and attitudes related to the prevention of injuries, in general, in general, in general, the precautionary, in general. Specifically, the importance of the proper stretching of the hamstring muscles (in duration and shape)/safe enhancement of the abdominal muscles as an essential binomial for preserving the vertebral health, without forgetting the importance of a differential treatment of the phasic and tonic muscles (lumbar, iliac psoes, ector of the back).
