Presentation
The Institute for Educational Research and Innovation is aware of the transfer and innovation task performed by their associate groups and the need to support them. In addition, and with the aim of promoting transfer and research, it wants to reinforce the work of the institution as a unique entity that works in a coordinated way to improve the educational system of the Balearic Islands.
That is why he proposes an extraordinary call for aid to associated groups, aimed at supporting the research, transfer, and the publication of the results of their research.
Conditions
- The total amount of the call is 3,000 euros for all aid.
- The research groups associated with the IRIE may be presented.
- Each group will be able to access a maximum of an annual aid.
- Economic aid will be destined to:
· The transfer of knowledge generated by associated groups of the IRIE:
· Translations/Publication Correction
· Scientific publications
· Publication of other materials
· Presentation to congresses
· Organization of courses and/or days
· Other similar activities duly justified
· Expenses of execution of an educational research that does not have any other source of financing (purchase of material ...)
- In all cases, the proposals must be justified, with the concretization of objectives, duration (if it is travel) and budget.
- The deadline for imputing expenses on this call is three months from the date of the concession.
How to apply for grants
The call will remain open until the closing of the annuity (November 30, 2024). The application will be formalized in two steps:
- This form that includes the following sections:
· Title of the proposal and concretization of the activities to be carried out
· Calendar forecast
· Expense forecast
· Relation of research staff who will take part in it
- Download, fill in, sign and attach to the IRIE form the " application document ". It is important that both the application manager and the main investigator of the research group signin this document electronically so that he is valid.

Evaluation and selection of applications
The IRIE Standing Committee will evaluate the applications and decide the aid in each case.
Due to the budget of the specific action and the economic availability resulting from the total number of aid required, the Commission reserves the right to adjust the amounts granted to each project.
IRIE website and will be notified to the applicants.
In the resolution of the concessions it will be evaluated:
- The degree of adaptation of the proposal to the purposes and objectives of the IRIE (scope of the action, transfer of research and interdisciplinarity)
- The financing difficulties of the proposal by other ways
- Participation in the proposal of other groups or research bodies
- The impact of the actions and results associated with the proposal in the educational field
Payment of help
The justification of the expenses must be submitted to the IRIE to the technical team of the IRIE (irie@uib.eu). The documentary justification of the subsidized expenses will be made in accordance with the provisions of the regulatory agreement 11216 of December 17, 2014.
· The expenses that are made must be in accordance with the budget submitted with the application.
· The product of the transfer must indicate that it has been supported by the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation, and the affiliation of the authors must be the IRIE.
· Eligible costs must be directly related to transfer and research, not financing any other concept.
If there are significant detours from the forecasts, they must be notified to the IRIE and justify its need.
Obligations of the beneficiaries
The beneficiaries of the grants will have to accept its concession and comply with the deadlines and requirements established in the call.
They also state that the action has been " with the support of the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation " in all the promotional materials of the activities, in the publications carried out, and/or other results linked to the concession, and, if possible, to include the institutional image of the IRIE. In addition, it must be stated that the affiliation of the authors is IRIE .
Once the transfer activity or product has been completed, copy of the work will be sent to the IRIE.
If the subsidized activities are not duly justified and/or the IRIE is not stated in the promotional material and the filiation, the beneficiaries will have to give up the financial aid granted.
The IRIE reserves the right to request, at any time of the procedure and if necessary, supplementary documentation.
