Elections of representatives of collaborators; Collaborators in training/ collaborators in training and technical and administrative staff for the Council of the Institute of the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation

Object: elections of representatives of collaborators; Collaborators in training / collaborators in training and technical and administrative staff in the Council of the Institute of the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation 

Article 7 of the regulatory agreement 15674, of November 5, 2024, which approves and the regulations of the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation (IRIE), in accordance with article 18 of the regulatory agreement 12843, of July 24, 2018, which approves the regulations governing the University Institutes of the University of the Balearic Islands, establishes the Council of the Institute of the University of the Balearic Islands, Collegiate governing bodies of the Institute for Educational Research and Innovation. Article 10 of An 15674 states that the Council of the Institute will be formed by the members affiliated with according to article 18 of this Regulation and in accordance with article 22 of the Ann 12843, as well as a representation of the rest of the staff who are part of the institute under the aforementioned attachment procedures or has been assigned by the University of the Balearic Islands or other institution that, through an agreement of operation, 

Of this regulatory framework and the Census of the IRIE in force according to the approval of the Board of the Institute of the day 26.02.2025 it must be shaped as follows: 

For this purpose, the election procedure opens to choose the representatives in the Council of the Institute of the following categories collected by article 10 of An 15674 and regulated by point IV of the regulations of attachment of researchers from IRIE: 

1) Collaborators. 

2) Collaborators in training / collaborators in training. 

3) Technical and administrative staff. 

- March 18, 2025: Opening of the electoral process, publication of the call for elections and publication of the electoral roll. 

- From the 18th to March 30, 2025: Exhibition of the electoral roll and presentation of claims, by email to mm.vanrell@uib.cat 

- April 3, 2025: Resolution of the claims and publication of the definitive census. 

- From April 3 until 13 hours of the day before the voting celebration: anticipated vote, which must be presented, in the form consigned to the anticipated vote , in the General Registry of the University of the Balearic Islands

- April 10, 2025: elections and publication of the results. Face-to-face voting term: from 9am to 2pm, in the IRIE meeting room (block C-2110, second floor) of the Guillem Cifre de Colonya building at the UIB 

Today, March 18, 2025, the procedure for electing the representatives to the Council of the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation of the following groups opens: 

a) Collaborators. 

b) Collaborators in training / collaborators in training. 

c) Technical and administrative staff. 

All those who are attached to the IRIE in one of the three categories mentioned are elected and eligible and eligible. 

The presentation of nominations is not established as a prerequisite for eligibility, but the inclusion in the IRIE adcript census. 

The election will take place, in person, in the meeting room of the IRIE (Bloc C-2110, second floor) of the Guillem Cifre de Colonya building of the UIB on April 10, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

April 3, 2025: Resolution of the claims and publication of the definitive census. 

The anticipated vote, which is supported in general, is regulated by the following provisions: 

1. The electoral ballot should go to the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation (IRIE) of the University of the Balearic Islands, in double envelope, and present to the General Registry of the University (Son Lledó) or in the records of the university headquarters of Menorca and Ibiza and Formentera. Outside of the envelope, the indication is to indicate that this is an early vote, the reference to the electoral process of which it is, the entry registration number, the sender and the recipient (Institute of Educational Research and Innovation), while on the outside of the small envelope there is only the reference to the electoral process. 

1.1. Inside the Gros envelope, it must include, in addition to the small envelope with the ballot containing the vote, a photocopy of the identity document, passport, driving permit with printed photography or university document that proves the personality of the voter. 

1.2. Only envelopes that have the entry into the General Registry of the University (Son Lledó) will be valid until 13 hours on April 9, 2025. Also, the envelopes presented in the registers of the university headquarters of Menorca and Ibiza and Formentera are also valid, the term of which ends at 13 hours on April 8, 2025. 

1.3. It is indispensable that the person who exercises the vote presents the anticipated vote, in person, to the General Registry or to the records of the university headquarters. For this purpose, when presenting the anticipated vote, it must be identified with the original of some of the documents indicated in point 1.1 of this same section. 

1.4. The face -to -face vote nullifies the anticipated vote, and in the event that this assumption is given, the envelope will be destroyed with the early vote. 

2. The ballot papers are available to the people called to the elections on the IRIE website. Also, these people will find, in the concierge of the Guillem Cifre de Colonya building, small envelopes to introduce the ballots.
